She leads with a passion for youth development, entrepreneurship, and community advocacy, creating transformative programs and initiatives that empower young people.

An accountant by trade and community service leader by choice, Demytra spearheads financial literacy initiatives. With extensive experience in accounting, cosmetology, and notary services, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for empowering others.

Luis is dedicated to preserving the rich history of Long Beach and celebrating the impactful contributions of local Latino entrepreneurs during a pivotal time in the city's history. He also spearheads our aspiring maritime programs and initiatives.

At the forefront of progress, Elias (they/them) leads transformative initiatives that empower the youth to embrace diversity, uphold inclusivity, and catalyze impactful social transformations. Their tireless efforts to promote community and fairness resonate in every project they undertake, solidifying Elias as an indispensable leader in propelling the mission of Our Generation Cares forward.

A Certified Life Coach with experience in sales and management, Maribel excels in grooming great leaders. Through her nonprofit, Divine Awakening Awareness Intervention, she provides mental health support and promotes multicultural unity and economic resilience.

A business and entertainment lawyer, Theodore provides legal expertise to our coworking space. His guidance ensures our operations are legally sound and offers valuable legal resources to our members, enriching our programs.

As our youngest board member, Drew represents the youth voice in board decisions. His role is crucial in maintaining our youth-led organization's mission and developing key decision-making processes that reflect the needs of younger generations.

Matthew, a scientist focusing on STEAM initiatives, leads our Youth Robotics Club. With experience in aerospace and as the founder of Skuttlebot Industries, he creates opportunities for youth in STEM fields like electrical wiring, CAD, 3D printing, and coding.

Robbie, an artist and creator of custom tailored guitars, serves as the art curator of our coworking space. His artistic vision and mentorship help foster creativity and artistic expression within our community.
