Alba Danely, honored as the Women of Excellence in Community by the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce (Women's Business Council) in 2024, is the Founder and CEO of Our Generation Cares (OGC). Alba is a dynamic visionary dedicated to positive youth development through mentoring, care, and transformative change. With a fervent passion for empowering young people to become successful social entrepreneurs and community leaders, she brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, community development, and youth advocacy. Under Alba's inspiring leadership, OGC has spearheaded the planning, design, and development of projects including restaurants, coffee shops, and a coworking center, all driven by the enthusiasm and creativity of youth and young adults.
