Dedicated Desk Membership: $349/month 24/7 Access: Enjoy round-the-clock access to your reserved workspace, providing flexibility for early birds and night owls. Personalized Workspace: Leave your files, monitors, and personal items at your desk, making it truly your own. Comprehensive Amenities: All the benefits of communal membership, including high-speed internet, printing, and complimentary refreshments. Enhanced Networking: Participate in member-exclusive events and networking opportunities. Extended Conference Room Time: Includes 8 hours of conference room time each month.

Cancellation Policy

Membership Agreement By signing up for the Dedicated Desk Membership at OG Cares Labs, members agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions: 1. Membership Fees The monthly fee for the Dedicated Desk Membership is $349. Membership fees are due on the first day of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is brought up to date. 2. Access and Use Members have 24/7/365 access to their reserved workspace. Members are entitled to personalize their dedicated desk with files, monitors, photos, and other personal items. The workspace must be kept clean and tidy. OG Cares Labs reserves the right to request the removal of any items that are deemed inappropriate or disruptive. 3. Amenities Members have access to high-speed internet, b/w and color printing, and complimentary refreshments including coffee, tea, filtered water, snacks, Vitamix, and waffle maker. Membership includes 8 hours of conference room time each month. Additional hours are available at a rate of $25/hour. Members are eligible to attend member-exclusive events and networking opportunities. 4. Mail and Package Handling Members may use OG Cares Labs' address for business mail and package handling. Mail will be received and securely stored. Members will be notified of mail and package arrivals and must collect items within 30 days. Mail not collected within 30 days may be returned to the sender or disposed of. OG Cares Labs is not responsible for any loss or damage to mail or packages. 5. Security and Confidentiality Members are responsible for securing their personal items and workspace. OG Cares Labs is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Members must respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members. Sharing or disclosing any confidential information is strictly prohibited. 6. Conduct and Behavior Members must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Members are expected to adhere to all OG Cares Labs policies and guidelines. Violation of any policy may result in termination of membership. 7. Termination of Membership Members may terminate their membership at any time with a 30-day written notice. OG Cares Labs reserves the right to terminate the membership for any violation of this policy or non-payment of fees.
