Cancellation Policy

Membership Agreement By signing up for the Communal Membership at OG Cares Labs, members agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions: 1. Membership Fees The monthly fee for the Communal Membership is $249. Membership fees are due on the first day of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is brought up to date. 2. Access and Use Members have access to the communal workspace from 9 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday. The workspace is designed to provide a reliable and inspiring place to work, ideal for freelancers, remote workers, and small business owners. Members must keep their workspace clean and tidy and respect the shared nature of the communal area. 3. Mail and Package Handling Members may use OG Cares Labs' address for business mail and package handling. Mail will be received and securely stored. Members will be notified of mail and package arrivals and must collect items within 30 days. Mail not collected within 30 days may be returned to the sender or disposed of. OG Cares Labs is not responsible for any loss or damage to mail or packages. 4. Internet and Printing Services Members have access to high-speed internet and b/w and color printing services at no extra cost. Excessive use of printing services is subject to fair use policies. OG Cares Labs reserves the right to limit usage if necessary. 5. Refreshments Members can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, filtered water, snacks, and access to the Vitamix and waffle maker. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and maintaining the cleanliness of the refreshment areas. 6. Member-Exclusive Events Members are encouraged to attend networking events and workshops exclusive to OG Cares Labs members. Members must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during events and networking opportunities. 7. Conference Room Time The membership includes 4 hours of conference room time each month. Conference room bookings are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Additional conference room time is available at a rate of $25/hour. 8. Conduct and Behavior Members must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
